Hay veces que parece (y digo parece) que es el Universo el que conspira para no permitir que hagas las cosas.
Podría decir que esto me ha pasado a mi porque dije en septiembre que volvería y no hace falta mirar el calendario para saber que desde septiembre ha llovido un poco.
Hay muchas veces en la vida en las que hay cosas más importantes y aunque los días tienen 24 horas no parece que se puedan aprovechar lo suficiente.
Lo siento mucho por la tardanza pero, ahora sí (y con el permiso del Universo) estoy de vuelta.
Sometimes it seems (and I've said it seems) that the Universe is conspiring to not allow you to do things.
I could say that this has happened to me because I said in September that will be back and not need to look at the calendar to know that since September has rained a lot.

Weekender de Sugarpill
Hablar de las paletas de sombras prensadas de Sugarpill lo veo innecesario porque o has estado debajo de una piedra unos cuantos años o ya sabes que son los colores mates más intensos y pigmentados que existen.
Talking about Sugarpill Pressed Palette eyeshadows it's unnecessary because or you have been under a rock a few years or you know that these are the more intense and pigmented mates eyeshadows.
Pero sus pigmentos son menos conocidos. Debo decir que tengo una
especial debilidad por las sombras de ojos y por los pigmentos, aunque
sé que estos para el día a día los uso infinitamente menos.

Es un morado amatista con multitud de reflejos de todos los colores.
Aplicado sobre una base morada ilumina la zona y la destaca y sobre una base oscura, como negro, se intensifica mucho el color y sobretodo los destellos.
Se aplica fácilmente y se difumina muy bien. Una vez en su sitio se mantiene en él durante horas y no se caen bajo los ojos ni los destellos ni el propio color.

Llevo en el lagrimal el Weekender aplicado con pincel y difuminado y he usado tambien la sombra rosa neon de Sugarpill, Dollipop, y la morada, Poison Plum.
En el hueso de la ceja usé la sombra Tako, blanca mate.

Metallic Sapphire de Kleancolor
Me encantan las cosas que brillan.
La purpurina, todo lo shimmer, metálico, ...
Y es ver un esmalte que tenga estas características y me ciego.
De ahi que tenga un 80% de brillos en mi colección de esmaltes (aunque con la oferta de KIKO de esmaltes a 1,50 no respondo e igual acaban igualandose las proporciones porque tengo una lista apuntada que quita el hipo y la tos).
Pero es mucho más que eso porque una vez que lo aplicas, en las fotos llevo dos capas, el efecto metálico muta y se convierte en cremoso, parece vinilo de color azul.
Y como estaba hipnotizada y emocionada con este color probé suerte con las marble nails (ese tipo de manicura que se hace dejando caer gotitas de esmalte en un vaso de agua).
Y esta vez salí victoriosa.
Todos los esmaltes usados son del set de mini esmaltes de Kleancolor "Retro City - Metallic".

Look Margarita con Sugarpill
Como los concursos de maquillaje me vuelven loca y si encima tienes libertad plena para el uso y abuso del color pues aun mucho más.
Debo decir que a mi me encantan los cocktails, y mi favorito es el Margarita (como las amas de casa americanas en las series de TV)
Así que ese mismo día me puse con ello y éste es el resultado.
A few days ago, Gadi on his blog, propose to recreate a look inspired by a cocktail.
Such make-up challences drive me crazy, specially with complete freedom over the use and abuse of color.
I must say that I love cocktails, and my favorite is Margarita (such as American housewives in the TV series)
So this day put my shoulders to the wheel and this is the result .
Para este maquillaje he usado sombras de sugarpill que no necesitan presentación:
la amarillisima Buttercupcake en el párpado móvil y la verde Midori en la cuenca.
En el arco de la ceja llevo la mejor sombra blanca que he usado, la Tako de Sugarpill.
En el lagrimal llevo el pigmento de BarryM DD65 Green Iridiscent, un verde pastel irisado fantástico para iluminar y que me parece hipnótico. ¡Es precioso!

LA Colors lipstick: Ultra Matte Sheer Violet - Petal - Matte Amethyst
Hoy quiero mostrar los labiales de LA colors que se han añadido a mi colección en el último pedido que he hecho a Cherry Culture.
Today I want to show LA Colors lipstick that have been added to my collection in the last order I made from Cherry Culture.
LA colors es una marca de cosmética low cost estadounidense, si bien sus productos se elaboran en China, que no testea en animales y que tiene una relación calidad precio bastante aceptable.
Yo uso el corrector de esta marca y cubre perfectamente, aunque ya está en las últimas el pobre.
Cuando ya tienes una colección de labiales un poquito considerable es fácil comprar colores repetidos, sobretodo en las webs on line como Cherry Culture donde los swaches no son nada fiables.
Por eso siempre escojo los colores más especiales que veo.
El primero es un lila apagado de efecto final metalizado.

Es muy cremoso e hidratante y tiene un olor muy dulce y agradable.

Aunque la pigmentación es muy buena en el labio el tono lila se pierde y queda sólo metálico. Así que probé a rebajar un poco mi propio color de labios, con un poco de corrector, y cosegui que se viera mucho más.
Aplicándolo con pincel y con dos capas la duración no es la de un mate pero a mi me aguantó 3-4 horas y lo mejor es que desaparece sin dejar los acúmulos de producto en el borde de los labios.
Este, que tambien es metálico, es un coral muy rosado.
Una cosa que no me ha gustado de esta marca es que no vienen los ingredientes por ningún lado. Sólo pone que los labiales tienen vitamina E y aloe vera.
Como el labial anterior éste tiene buena pigmentación pero en los labios también.
Siempre aplico bálsamo previo al labial y después un primer para labios y así aumento la duración de los labiales y evito las pieles y en gran parte las arrugas del labio. Me gusta mucho este color, le daré mucho uso este verano, tenía algunos corales pero ninguno metálico.
Este fue el primero que compré. ¡Fue amor a primera vista! (aunque en la foto de Cherry Culture no se ve lo bonito que es)
Es un morado azulado con subtono fucsia.
De los tres es el único mate aunque el efecto final en el labio es cremoso y muy hidratante.
Estaba buscando un clon del Heroine de MAC, que tuve muchas tentaciones de comprar, y me encantó en cuanto lo vi.
Este es mucho más oscuro que el Heroine y no tiene ese punto ácido. También es diferente la pigmentación. Pero el resultado una vez aplicado también es bastante más ponible que el original.
Me han gustado mucho estos labiales, tienen muy buena relación calidad precio, hidratan y duran aplicados en el labio, huelen bien, tienen vitamina E y aloe vera (aunque esto nos lo tenemos que creer porque no llevan ingredientes) y cuestan $ 2,50 (ahora mismo $2 porque en Cherry Culture están de oferta)

Una cosa que no me ha gustado de esta marca es que no vienen los ingredientes por ningún lado. Sólo pone que los labiales tienen vitamina E y aloe vera.

Siempre aplico bálsamo previo al labial y después un primer para labios y así aumento la duración de los labiales y evito las pieles y en gran parte las arrugas del labio. Me gusta mucho este color, le daré mucho uso este verano, tenía algunos corales pero ninguno metálico.
Always apply lip balm and lip primer prior to increase the length on the lip and avoid skin and largely lip wrinkles. I love this color, I will give much use this summer, but none had some corals with metallic effect.

MUA Matte Eyeshadow Shade 16 - Shade 19

It's a flesh-colored individual shadow very clearly. Their appearance is like chalk but its applied is very and durable. I use it mainly to illuminate eyebrow, because although it's pearly eyeshadows what normally use for this purpose, I've seen the result with this color and it's very flattering. I think it's a must have eyeshadow because it's also very useful to light on the tear.

This is a chocolate brown shade with a matte finish. Like the other shadow looks like chalk but works just as well and it not losts color when it's blended. I like it because it's a color that works very well!

I applied the brown shadow across the eyelid and marked the crease and the outer of the eye with the platinum # 7 to give more depth and a touch of brightness. The brow bone it's marked with flesh-colored shade.

Elegí como colorete el mosaico de NYX Love, en tonos anaranjados y como labial el Sugar Rim de Milani, un nude nacarado con partículas de purpurina que queda así de bonito y encima huele genial. (soy un poco maniática con los olores/sabores de los labiales)
I chose as blush NYX mosaic Love, orange colored and Milani's Sugar Rim lipstick, a pearly nude with glitter particles that look so well and smells great. (I'm a little cranky with the smells / flavors of lip)
