The way to use it is simple but quite primitive.
Finger smeared with oil and rubbing on the gums after normal brushing.
Sounds strange, but so is, in fact I wrote to Crystal to ask it.
Usándolo todos los dias tras cada cepillado yo he conseguido que las encias no me sangren y además deja un aliento fresco y agradable.
